Jack Aiken at Re/Max Alpine Realty assisted me with the sale of my mountain condo in Canmore, Alberta. Due to high interest amongst buyers, the sale happened very quickly (4 days from listing to signed sales contract with an out-of-country buyer). As with most real estate deals, the negotiations with the buyers were intense and fast-moving. Jack made sure to stay in constant communication with me by text message and we partnered on the final details well into the night, at one point. He remained positive while realistic at the same time. One of the benefits of partnering with Jack was that, due to his former job as a property manager, he was quite familiar with the workings and conditions of the condo building where my unit was located and could provide me with information that was helpful to me as a seller. Overall, my experience with Jack was positive, professional and results-oriented.

Jack helped us both buy a new place in Canmore and sell our existing condo. The buying took over a year to find just what we wanted, but Jack never gave up on us, and was very patient and helpful. Once we had our purchase offer accepted, the selling of our old place took only a weekend, and the closing within a month. Jack did a great job for us.
